On Wednesday, June 5, 2024 the SKC Foundation hosted our first "Fore the Kids" mini golf fundraiser outing supporting Child & Family Resources of Morris County. The primary focus at Child & Family Resources (CFR) is on the well-being and development of children. Child & Family Resources designs and delivers programs and services that support children and their families by partnering with the community to enhance their lives. CFR's vision is to create a community that shares in the responsibility of early care and education with families, ensuring that all children have the opportunity to thrive.
The day began with a fun-packed hour on the mini golf course with friends, colleagues, and supporters of the SKC Foundation. Following golf, everyone headed over to the Big Fish Lounge for a social cocktail reception - enjoying great conversations and participating in lawn games. It was truly a day filled with fun, laughter, and enthusiasm.
The SKC Foundation is extremely grateful to all who attended our outing, purchased a sponsorship, or made an outside donation. A very special thank you goes out to all at the Lake Hopatcong Golf Club and Big Fish Lounge for playing a vital role in helping make this fundraising opportunity a reality. It is because of all of our generous donors and sponsors that we were able to surpass our fundraising goal.
